ON JANUARY 14, THE UN COMMITTEE ON NGOS BEGINS THE REVIEW OF THE TRANSNATIONA RADICAL PARTY’S SPECIAL REPORTON VIETNAM, WHILE THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION CONTINUES TO QUESTION THE TRP ACTIVITIIES WITHIN THE UNITED NATIONS.

At the 2002 session of the Commission on Human Rights the Vietnamese Government accused Mr. Kok Ksor, member of the delegation of the Transnational Radical Party, of being a terrorist affiliated with the CIA. In the year 2001, the Russian Federation, posed a series of question concerning the TRP quadrennial report on its UN-related activities.

On January 14, the United Nations Committee on NGOs begins the review of the “Special Report” requested in May 2002 by the Vietnamese Government. The documents concerns Mr. Kok Ksor, a member of the TRP member and President of the Montagnard Foundation, who took the floor at the 58th session of the Commission on Human Rights on behalf of the Transnational Radical Party exposing the systematic violation of civil and political rights suffered by the indigenous Montagnards at the hand of the Hanoi regime. Vietnam accuses Mr. Ksor of being a terrorist and of leading a terrorist organization based in the US called the Montagnard Foundation. Inc. In April 2002, the Polish Chair of the Commission on Human Rights, considered the allegations presented by the Vietnam groundless. In the year 2000, the Economic and Social Council of the UN formally rejected a request of suspension put forward by the Russian Federation.
